Well I never thought Id be away for so long. Im so cash strapped I had to cancel my home net subscription so now Im left with library computer access, or as now, at my girlfriends place.
Life is seriously retarded. In the last fortnight I applied for, wait for it, 64 different jobs. Four of those got back to me, saying I was rejected. Two seem to be interested and Im waiting to either be called to interview or rejected. The other 58 are stonily silent.
At this point, Im now looking to become self employed instead, and the good news seems to be that theres a lot of help for starting businesses, not only for people like me who have been out of work for so long, but also just generally if youre young (ish - 17-30) or want to start in a fairly deprived area. So I expect to exploit the fuck out of those schemes and get set up. Probably in london, but if I can scheme a way back to Oxford or Plymouth so I can be around my mates that would be even better.
Hopefully I can give you an update later, but my subscription to SG is running out in a couple of days, and I dont have either the cash or the net access to make good use of it. :/
