At the risk of going to hell, heres a joke someone told me earlier:

American scientists have finally developed a car that runs on water!

Sadly, so far it only works with the water from the Gulf of Mexico.

In other news the job hunting is going fairly well. Already I've thrown in applications for being a full time bookseller, ice cream cafe place (free icecream as a perk? fuck yes!) and a company that does stewarding for most of the music festivals in one form or another. And thats just the full-timey stuff, theres plenty of others looking for only a few hours a week (15 or so).

Its a bit annoying since I'd probably get less working three of those jobs than working 40 hours in the one, but even then, any money is good money. I even begged out of a trip to the seaside today so I could actually get on with jobhunting (and let me tell you, since oxford is about the furthest place in the UK from the sea thats no small thing); although sadly my diligence fails since tonight its a friends birthday bbq. Ahhhhhhhh.
