Todays film was 'Taxi'. My rating: 6/10

What you see in the trailer is what you get in the film.
If you like car chases, cops, and Queen Latifah, this is for you. Struck me as more of a TV film.

Am getting a little bored with queen latifah; she kindof takes over any films she's in.

Funniest bit - the bit with the door.
Other comments: nice to see a film with outtakes. not seen any for a while.

The thing I never fully figure out with TAXI is the ending. Is it real? The way he gives the girl a lift, then she's suddenly not in his rear view mirror, ...is this his fantasy ending of how he'd have liked it to have all turned out? Being hailed as an important hero? A bit like the guy who shot Kennedy (and Lennon, and Martin Luthor etc).

Or is he dead? And this is just his final dying fantasy.

I agree it's an over rated film. But 6 out of 10? Maybe 6.99....

Woops. I thing I mean Taxi Driver.
