Like drinking formaldehyde? No I think I'd just leave my body to rot and be removed. Part of death as art is the idea of entropy, don't you think? There's a bit of immortality in that as art it is remembered, but memories change, people who hold them die. I don't like the idea of permanance being attached to my corpse.

As to the note, just This is Art. No further explanation, so that people can debate it in art classes or family dinners, or dismiss it as a suicide statistic.
