My town is boring. Incredibly. If my town were a state, it would be Kansas. If it were a channel on television, it would be the golf channel. If it were an action, it would be watching dust gather. Sometimes I feel that if it were personified, it would be me.

I wish outer space guys would conquer the Earth and make people their pets, because I'd like to have one of those little beds with my name on it.


The fan turns on automatically when I flip the light switch in the bathroom. My white bathroom. All of it. After awhile the fan retreats into the background. Listen for it and you can hear it quite clearly. Think about something else and it disappears all together. Faint. I like it here. Soothing. The fan becomes white noise. I guess that's why I like it so much. It goes with the room. The red stands out in the room so much it hurts my eyes. Flowing. It feels good to release the pain inside. Finally.


One thing vampire children have to be taught early on is, don't run with a wooden stake.

I'm going to dye my hair. Again. I think I prefer it darker.

I have a weird facination with the signs that churchs make. Everytime I pass a new one I will write it down. The last one I saw, "In the dark? Follow the Son."

I will start waking up earlier and getting to bed sooner. I will start getting my life back together. I will save money for an apartment for me and my man. I will stay sane until then.

When the chairman introduced the guest speaker as a former illegal alien, I got up from my chair and yelled, "What's the matter, no jobs on Mars?" When no one laughed, I was real embarrassed. I don't think people should make you feel that way.
