I first met @barbs when she came to São Paulo to get her first Suicide Girls set done.
I met her at the day of the shooting and I was actually her picked photographer, and besides the fact that she was very shy, she was incredibly willing to do everything to reach her goal to become the kind of model that she ever admired. The alternative ones.
I heard her story about always having the dream of becoming a Suicide Girl and back at that time it was overwhelming to know that she came across all over her mind obstacles to take a cup of courage and just do it instead of keep it just in mind.
Some time after that I came to cross her path again in Brasilia where she was all excited to work with me again and oh boy, this second time was amazing 'cuz she simply evolved all her skills as a model so fast that I couldn't say it enough even tho I said it a thousand times.
We then became very close friends. We ain't physically close just because she lives far, far away from me, but our respect and sorority wich each other and also our conversations always warms my heart and I can't wait to see her again.
But back to where I was.
This other day where I came to photograph her we had two sets done. Both adorable and full of energy.
I can't wait you guys to see the results of those work so now I bring to you the first one.

This one happened in a sunny day at the pool and it was specially tricky and challenging because of the lightspots that me as a photographer ain't not much of a fan and also there is always the water distortion and reflex that always keep changing and what I really wanted was a solid and cohesive work.
Still the only thing shining as much of that sunny day was the figure of that amazing, confident, smiling powerful woman that was my friend Barbs.
Her smile really made it worth every second with that camera in hand and I'm very happy to tell you that it's one of my proudest works (to be compared with the other one that you guys will have to wait and see) as an artist and photographer.
So I'm inviting all the troops to come, appreciate and actually give her all the attention that she pretty much deserves as an all evolving model, proud girl and beauty.
