I hate days like that. I definitely know what you mean about flushing it down the toilet.
Especially when you know, somehow, that today is going to be horrible and then it is. There's still no way to brace yourself for it. I wish there was a way to just freeze time, sleep it off, scream your ears out, and then come back to reality a few hours later.
