ok so.

i am actually playing live for real on friday.
tomorrow i have to call some guy about a sound-check.

sweet christ i'm terrified. i haven't put together a set or anything. i 've been too busy "doing school work" like an idiot.

3 days for me to not-suck.

my best friend johnny joined my band though. now there are 2 of us. he won't actually play an instrument. he is just going to stand on stage and get hammered while i play. this will work well i think. i want to make him play tambourine though.

so, i didn't think it was actually going to happen, but my friend called me today and was like, "if you are still into doing this gig call this guy"

so now i am playing at felicitas (the bar on UVIC campus) on friday.

i hope i can come up with 20 minutes of material.

i should really think about things before i do them.

if anyone would like to come, i would greatly appreciate pity-applause.
(or having tomatoes thrown at me and being yanked off staged by an oversized cane, a' la vaudville)
