so pinback last night was phenomenal. i was all in total awe of the bass player, and i had pinback in my head all day today.

the opening band, the advantage, did covers of nintendo songs. my favorites were those from megaman 2.

i wanted to take pictures of the band but my camera died just as i was about to snap the first one. i did manage to take a photo of this busstop ad for the mayfair mall that someone scribed, "are you e.e. cummings?" on in black pen. it made my day for some reason.

michelle was way too sick to go with me so i started out
alone, but then i met my friend ally there and on the bus ride down i saw my new friend laura from my english class so she came to the show with me.

oh and yay. i found someone who will play drums with me.

is anyone going to the arcade fire besides me? i don't have anyone to go with. looks like i will be drinking alone again.

fuck, i'm glamorous.

i wish my friends would go to shows with me.
