I'm officially a nerd now. And by that I mean I now have the papers to prove it.

I signed up for a membership with the United States Chess Federation and played my first rated game. I fought to a draw, hopefully I'll be paired with the same guy next time and claim victory. I'm just glad I didn't lose my first game

in other news, i have a mohawk now. i'll try to get a pic up soon.

edit: Still no pics yet of my mohawk so for now you'll have to be satisfied with some preview pics from my set Chateau LaRoche coming Nov. 30th

p.s. edit: Okay at this point I'm procrastinating the mohawk pics but they WILL come! You guys should check out this band called The Romanovs. Here is their myspace, they are teh awesome!
