So quick blog before work!

Things are a little better with dad. I was home for his surgery. He had about a half dollar sized area taken off his back from his skin cancer. They think they got all of it. He's got some sutures in there for now. I got there at about 4am because I was in Philly for the something corporate reunion show and he woke me up (I was sleeping on the couch) by flicking my nose and said he was sorry for some of the things he said to me. It was still kind of tense though.
His colonoscopy came back positive for precancerous cells in his polyps. So he's going to have to get colonoscopys every 2 years to make sure he doesnt develop colon cancer. He's always been pretty healthy except for being overweight so it was really making me nervous. Doesnt help being a nurse thats for sure. My Uncle recently had surgery for prostate cancer as well. I guess I should start getting used to this because my family members are starting to get older.

So the show I went to in Philly was AMAZING. It was right on the Delaware water gap on the Pier. Holy cow. It was gorgeous. And I met Andrew McMahons wife kind of too. Thanks to Bill for getting me in. It was def. what I needed to get my ass in gear.





Tonight is my last night shift. I start days next week. Im nervous but I need to be positive. Everyone is telling me im going to be fine. I hope so. I really hope it helps stabilize my moods more too. I hate the constant flipping.

And anyway, I suppose heres time for a pic. I finally got my nipples pierced. It sucked but totally worth it. I love them.
