So.
Shit has hit the fan.

My Mom was supposed to come visit me for three days. She got here today and we were talking and I was just getting ready because I had just gotten out of the shower and she saw my arm. She freaked out. And didn't even stay. She was crying and saying that she couldn't look at me and was worried about what I was going to do next. She said she felt sick when looking at my tattoos etc and this was the last straw. And then my dad called and talked to her and I heard him say "I've lost my daughter" and well, my parents don't want me coming home anymore.
I knew that she wasn't going to be happy with my decision but I didn't think she'd freak out this much. Like they pretty much told me they don't want me around and have like disowned me. I don't know how to react.
The kicker is, when she was leaving, she told me "oh and your father wanted me to tell you, they just found out he has skin cancer on his back..." He's going to have to get surgery etc. But he doesnt even want me around.

I'm devastated.


Thoughts? Suggestions? Are my parents just overreacting?
Ugh.
