well i woke up early this morning...just to take out the trash, i was going to go to the gym in a little while but i guess im gonna go earlier hit my chest and tri's had a bunch of good workouts this week hoping to keep the momentum going...tryin to hit my goals and move past 300lbs on the bench but hopefully i can get it this week or next week.

next point...has anyone noticed that female news anchors...are getting more attractive...and more shapely..i dunno i guess its just me but robin meade on headline news is very hot
