I'm eating green beans - burned green beans. This weekend I'm house and dog-sitting for my dear friend Alex, who's in New York. Satchel, who throws a mean fastball and listens better than any other dog I know, and I visited my own dogs today for playtime and gay doggie sex...
The burned part of the greens beans is important because I knew it was only a matter of time before I burned Alex's only pan - wherever I go I leave a trail of burnt pots and pans in my wake...it's a curse. Don't let me cook at your house, I'm warning you. Although if you do your stomach will be happy, even if your pots will not.
Today was suppposed to be a catch-up day for all the school reading I haven't done this semester...so naturally I got sucked into the best Goodwill in town, caught up on email, and just generally goofed around. It was sorely beautiful, I'm telling you.
Think I'll go dancing tonight...La Rumba or Havana? Bossanova, if you're out there, I hope you call while you're in town - I'd really like to see you!
Satchel is calling me over to window to do some serious squirrel staring before I go out, and he's got a point - I've been neglecting my squirrely duties today.

null it's the most beautiful thing, paradoxically, that I've read in the paper in some time.
