I've had a few days to take a spin around SG, and as I have no idea what one actually puts in a Blog, I thought I'd put down my first impressions of SG. I shall make an effort to stay in first person.
My first impression is "Brilliant!".
The women are who populate the site are varied and different, both from "the usual" and from one another. One rather feels as though (grr, there it is again); I feel as though I've stumbled into one of my own imagined worlds, created from images out of tattoo magazines, the itty-bitty pornographic photographs from my youth, and the women I've known, seen, and found desirable since I started playing Dr. many years ago ("...no one was alive back then..."). Now I **can** see **all** of the ink; now I can see **all** of the metal, and I was right!
That said...
There are limits to the variety, of course. SG is a site focused on str8 men, and as such, it must adhere to certain fundamentals of male expectations: no pubic hair, girl-girl shoots, and the obligatory tight focus on genitals.
The pubic hair thing mystifies me---I should have thought there would be **some** men who liked a woman with a nice bush; I'd have been **wrong**. The girl-girl I get, since a number of my str8 women friends find boy-boy porn as interesting, and probably for mostly similar reasons. I certainly like looking at women, and that most definitely includes their tasty bits, so I understand that str8 men want to see girl parts "up close and personal" (now, why they don't seem to like giving head eludes me completely).
Except for that pubic hair weirdness, I have to say that SG surprised me. The girl-girl shoots were far better than the the typical str8 male stuff, and the two or three that I looked through included a few poses that were awfully close to some of the things bent girls do---and that was **nice**. The girl parts photos were equally unexpected---SG women have all sorts of different shapes, sizes, and proportions, not merely the "usual suspects" common to most visual smut---I found that both empowering **and** arousing, which was doubly nice.
So my initial impression remains much like my first impression: Brilliant!
