After the Houston trip, I have nothing to question anymore. We drank absinthe and homebrewed beer, and tripped salvia with Susanne [photography mentor] and John [husband]. We sat by their pool turned pond and listened to the water fall over the fish and play with the sugar gliders (awww).
I bought a few things for our future townhome today, I still have a good 6 weeks to go, but I can't wait! Thursday lovechild and I are going to IKEA, and IKEA is the shit. I mean if you're a poor college student looking for cool furniture.
School is no fun of course, although looking up very slightly. I stayed up all night last night, then called work to find out my schedule for the week, and they had had me scheduled for today! I almost cried before my mom told me to tell them I wasn't coming in. I was sooooo tired.
ALSO VERY GOOD NEWS: I made it into my first exhibition!!!!! this is huge for me, I have entered many contests, shows, whatever, and I finally got in one- it's the all-student juried exhibition show going on in the galleries at JCM (the art building), the show is good, and not to mention I'm in it!!! It's about damn time.
