Hmm, new year.....can't decide if I feel optimistic or not....ambivalent I guess. Still living in Lansing, which is not especially to my liking. One of these days I'll get my PhD and get the hell out of here. At the moment I'm completely broke. I got a new fellowship this semester, but the office has been dragging their feet on the paperwork, so I haven't gotten paid and I've been getting semi threatening "disenrollment warnings" from the university. Oh well, it'll get taken care of, hopefully soon, cause being broke is pretty fucking boring.

So what exactly is the deal on this fellowship tuition thing? Will it help for us to call or email some folk on your behalf? Only other hand I can extend for you is maybe some grub if you need it. Like maybe lunch. I'm not really blingin' . But hey let us know how it ends up.
