Saw a dead dog in the road this morning. the image in my mind is so surreal. the sun was pink through lightly tinted clouds, there was road work going on up ahead and the dog was laying with his guts hanging out and his head on backwards and his collar was lying just as proper as ever. It was so strange.
I think I am gonna head home and let my kitties out to play for a while. maybe I'll read a book.
