I'd stray away from Santa Maria...although theres a shop called Raw Violets.....and i love them, they are a lesbian couple and super sweet....( you can ask em about me) she's just soft handed ( wich isnt a good trait in a tattoo artist..) But touch ups are free....and once you get two coats of ink in, it'll stay. the ink in the tattoos I got from their was faded at first, but then I went back and she re outlined em and whatnot....and they look good.
I hate Walmart...i hate going there....You ALWAYS spend so much money.
