So, I get to work and the day PIC starts telling me that I need to take more authority with the UC's. Blah blah, "they're going to walk all over you" blah blah. Then later I go in the office where the PIC is sitting on his obese ass telling a story to one of the UC's. I tell the UC to change the trash by the security booth...the day PIC just keeps blabbering away at the UC in effect keeping him there listeing to him and not doing what I told him to.
How the fuck do they expect UC's to listen to what I have to say if they're going to brush me off in front of them and just keep on sitting around doing nothing and talking...you fat fucking retarded piece of human garbage. Inbred, ugly ass mother fucker.
