At my work they love sticking managers on the register. Especially ones on salary. I was able to work it out so I could get 2 days off the register to catch up on that which I was behind on. I admit I was dragging ass but it didn't help that my boss was having me do stuff that completely wasted my time. Hence, my days off the register were just as (counter-)productive as my days on it. Whoo Wooo and what-not.
