I was so furious by the time I ended my shift tonight. I know there are people at work who don't like me as PIC. That's okay. I never asked to be PIC, but I know I'm doing an okay job as PIC. My supervisors never give me shit about the job I'm doing. The Front End of Food 4 Losers is another story. I hear little things here and there about what various Front End Supervisors (they are not my supervisors btw: they can tattle on me though- hahahah) have said about me. Whatever. But then they have the gall to be all smiley and "nice" to me when they want or need something.


Fuck. Give some people a little authority and they just power trip like a mother fucker. There is a vortex of negative energy in the Front End. If you walk by there is a 90% chance someone is talking shit about someone else. It doesn't matter who. IT'S THAT IT'S CONSTANTLY GOING ON. That just contributes to a toxic work environment and the proliferation of shitty attitudes. I mean, I know I turn into an instant asshole when I hear the trite bullshit said about either someone else or myself. I'm no longer any fun to be around. So I also beget more unnecessary stress and negativity.

Grrrrrr...anywho. Payday tomorrow. Going to workout (have excess unpleasant energy to fuel it- hah) in the morning before I go pick up my check. I get to see one of the Front End Sup's I don't really care for right at the moment when I do too. Then I have plenty of errands to run. After all that though I'm going over to my friend Sean's for some really nerdy LAN party action. We'll be having Pina Coladas (mine without the rum of course) too. No lie.
