I really hope that you haven't expired. It would smell and take a long time to clean you up. I imagine that the damage deposit would not be sufficient to pay for removal and cleaning, etc; Generally speaking, it would be better if you were, indeed, not dead.

- appart-loft style 550 sq feet with 1 closed bedroom front and back balcony: 550$
in front of Parc Lafontaine (great big parc) 4 1/2 newly renovated 575$
- 4 1/2 corner sherbrooke / messier heated + hot water 580$
so... how does it sounds? (there are very good deals... and very bad ones...)
My appartement is a 6 1/2 in Villeray (neighborhood north east - 10 min from metro) and I pay 470$ but I'M VERY LUCKY, been living therer for 6 years... and people in my situation tend to keep their place.
Metro pass: 54$ a month (bus / Metro)
electricity: very cheap! (compared to other provinces...)
telephone: basic services: about 50$ a month
insurance: depends...
Anything else, I'd be happy to help!
