After checking off nine affirmative responses to "Do you have adult ADD?" in the latest issue of Healthy Living magazine ( with eight positive responses considered diagnostic), I suppose I now have a convenient excuse for not having started my final photo project, among other ills. I think I suspected it was the case, but I don't remember.

ADD is such a vague diagnosis for many things that I believe some people could easily overcome on their own without chemical dependance. I've never been on anything perscribed to me, but I think alot of people take the easy door out. For all we know they may even become more productive if you gave them a daily dose of "sugar pills". Just an opinion, hope I didn't offend anyone with my rant...tra la la.... blush

actually, ADD is a proven neurological disorder.
most people are just misdiagnosed.

but, it's been shown that diet and sleep pattern can effect symptoms the same way that meds can.

but what do i know, i used to snort ritalin eeek
