Severe lasseration and bruising to my knee.
Been stuck resting / icing in bed for five days now. Looks like two more weeks of recovery. Great opportunity to sit back, enjoy time off work and watch Hemlock Grove on Netflix
Been sitting around dreaming of getting back on my mountain bike. Writing haiku's in the mean time.

Climbing, running, long boards, bikes.
