Will be the end of me, I'm never going to beat it or even keep up with it. I might have some better days, but overall, it's too late for me. It will catch me I had no social life before the pandemic, now even worse. I love playing music and I love my kids. That's all I live for.

Then live for them. Hang in there. There are lots of us who live with exactly this. It's so hard to navigate, but there IS a path for you - it's just hard to see when you feel so dark.
