Anyone have good exercise techniques that get rid of love handles, makes the abs flat (upper and lower), lifts ass, slims thighs (perferably inner)
Aside from running and a healthy diet. I am looking for certain moves for these target areas.

I just asked the gym owner that last night. She said there's no way to tone one area. You've got to do an all-around work out with strength training. And then interval running- which is running one minute fast followed by one minute of jogging for 20 minutes, etc.

leg lifts, lay on back with legs together and lift them about 6 to 10 inches off the floor if hard to do try on bed or on sofa first with legs over edge straight out, twist crunches where ya raise up elbow to opposite knee this helps and targets handle area, squats also help has a few others get intouch with me hard to explain
