Update time again...phew time flies in the summer, seems like only yesterday I last updated, but so much has happened since last week 
Sooo... good news first - I'm getting braces! Yay! Had my appt this afternoon and the orthodontist is totally cool about it, I got my photos, moulds and Xrays done today, and we picked the type of brace I'm going to have - they are self-ligating, which means they are a lot more comfortable than the old kind, and don't need so many visits for tightening. I'm going for standard metal, no fussy crap for me (though I'd quite like pink ones, but I'd probably get bored of them pretty quickly). I get my contract through next week, and then once I've picked how I'm going to pay (yuck! expensive whichever way
but I'll prob save money through not being able to eat sweeties and snacks so much 
) I can go and have them fitted. So I'll be a metalmouth in no time
I'm gonna miss baguettes most I think...
Went out last night for 1 after work... which turned into loads and a mighty hangover, but work was cool, kinda crazy, everyone was making stupid jokes and messing about, very laid back, my kinda Friday
So early night tonight, watched The Life Aquatic, which I did love, in my opinion not as good as Rushmore but better than Tenenbaums. Tomorrow is the first Saturday in ages that I'm not working or away, so time for a great lie-in, then I'm packing junk (read: great stuff which I don't need anymore) for the bootsale on Sunday and munching gorgeous sushi with friends in the evening...should be great!
Also, finally discovered the origin of the cool stickers and stencils which have been appearing all over town like forever... Hutch and now I am so wanting to commission something...
