FUCKING FUCK YOU PAYPAL!!!!!!! WORTHLESS COCK SHIT FUCKASS POOP FACE COCKAYASS!!!!
I swear to fucking satan that I will exact my revenge on fucking ripoff douchebag corporations within the next 7 years and 5 months. This is fucking bullshit, so I post it for all to see. Here is what happened in list order:
1. I buy this stupid fucking DVD box set on ebay, knowing it's coming from China but it's cheap. Guaranteed to be "brand" new and factory sealed.
2. I pay for it via paypal because Paypal says that my item purchase is covered under the money back guarantee.
3. I purchase said guarantee for $2 or so
4. The item I get in the mail is a fucking bootleg. So I watch the whole thing to check the quality. They are TV ripped episodes of crap quality and the set is missing 3 episodes.
5. I get pissed and send it back to Paypal after completing their buyer protection form. NOTE: I carefully read the exclusions list and found nothing refering to DVD's.
6. Paypal sends me an email telling me to fuckoff and pay them $17 dollars to ship it back to me because they aren't covering a DVD!!!!!
Now, my logic process moves like this when I'm pissed off:
A. What the fuck? They sold me the fucking money back guarantee?!?! Surely this is a mistake.
B. Hmmm, I don't see DVD exclusions anywhere in this user agreement.
C. Those motherfuckers ripped me off. I'm fucking calling their CSR line.
So, I talk to this fucking moron of an idiot of a buttplug. He had no problem telling me why I can't have my money back, and carried on explaining the various reasons very eloquently. However, he put me on hold FOUR times to find answers to my angry questions:
1. Where on the website does it say that DVD's aren't covered under the plan they charged me for.
2. Why does the top of the page I have saved say in bold print "Your item is elligible for our Money Back Guarantee program!". Complete with a list of eligibility and exclusions. NEITHER OF WHICH MENTION DVD'S! So I figure, if not's specifically mentioned as a denied product, why not?
3. Why in the hell would you offer this insurance on an item if you say it's not going to cover it afterwards? Also, why does it not mention this exclusion on the purchase page OR have a link to this so called user agreement that says media items are excluded?
