Hi. How are you this fine, cold, cold day. I am okay. I just read the new Wired article about outsourcing to India and it is fucking scary. I don't really take Wired seriously most of the time, but i've been expecting this. I don't code, but the whole thing will directly impact the rest of us in some massive way. Degrading most tech people to status of blue-collar. Which is not a bad thing to be, except for the wages and labor expectations. "What were you being paid at your last job? $65,000? Well we'll give you $40,000 and you have to work a salary position. Some overtime will be required." Meaning, you'll work 50+ hours per week and like it if you want a job. I wish I had developed another skill during my childhood.
