the test i got a B on was in my meats class.. pan roasting tenderloin.. you know when you cut into a great piece of stake.. the gradient of doneness that goes down to the center.. brown on the outside.. to pink.. to slightly red for med. rare? well.. my chef said that it wasn't an even gradient.. so the red part in the center wasn't exactly in the center. grrr. i'll get over it

Just saw Big Fish with the lady. It was flippin' great. Very well written and directed, but not the usual Burtonesque imagery. I don't want to ruin anything though for anybody though.
