I'm seriously bitter today. I was supposed to go work in Australia for the month of August, and everything was all set. Then my manager said no on Saturday by email. After 3 months of yes, then he said no. His response was "it's more complicated then he thought."
The comment surprised the fuck out of me, because I didn't even realize we were dating. That's a response a girl breaking up with you would give.
But seriously no hard feelings. My manager is a good guy. So unless things change, I won't be spending August in Australia. I will be in NYC though, so give a shout.
Which brings me to a question.
If you were given $250 M, but as part of the deal, you had to maintain some kind of part time job, what would it be?
