Wow, I'm headed to one of the places I thought I'd never go to again. That's right, its Texas. The reddest of the red states. We're going to be taking I-35 the whole way, so it'll be like a who's who of redneck metropolises we'll visit. Kansas City, Witchita, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Waco, all kinds of madness. I guess my haircut couldn't have come at a more opportune time, time to fly under the radar.
I wouldn't normally be going to such a redneck place, except a friend of mine has a movie that's going to be featured at South By Southwest. Check it out if you get a chance, its called My Suicide. I haven't seen the film, I'm leaving it to be a surprise when I get there, but I'm pretty excited. Time to get out of the snow and cold for a few days, drink some lone stars, and maybe buy me a real texas cowboy hat!
