I just realized that I read all of my favorite books when I was at school... That's over 8-12 years ago. Its not that I haven't read any books in 8-12 years.. It's just that I don't think I have read any standouts.

Plus I realized that all of my favorite books are movies. What does this say about me? Hrmmm

So now its your chance to give me some tips.. What is a book that I just HAVE to read and why?

In other news I think I am getting sick.. The sore throat is creeping up and I have a two hour truck lesson tomorrow between 3-5pm.. That's the time that little kids get out of school and the roads are getting busy. I tried calling the truck company to explain but they said that they have a policy where if an applicant cancels a lesson without 48 hours notice they will be charged in full for said lesson. That's $179 down the drain.

I can't afford to waste $179 so im going to have to do the lesson.. I hope I do have a flu and every single one of those prick bastards gets it. Fuck them!

Time for me to watch a dvd i think.. And the winner is:

I promise, I'm not lying about "I am a Cat". Check it out, if you can find it. It comes in 3 volumes, but you can get editions with all volumes together (or alternatively, buy one volume and see if you like it). If you are a cat person, it's great fun. If you like satire of Japanese society of the early 1900s, it's priceless.

kinda settling in back home. went out and got wasted with some of my old friends on the weekend, applied for a job and arranged to get my bike serviced so i'm mobile until my car arrives.

i wake up in the morning though and feel a little depressed that there's nothing to do all day, though. oh yeah. and mum's driving me absolutely nuts. gotta get my own place. man, reality really sucks...
