ok so i feel better today. my body still feels like ive been flogged with a pillow case full of soap. well last week was pretty uneventful. st pattys day sucked i was broke and then one of my friends called cuz him and his g/f wanted a case of beer. that seems to be the only time when the call. he is 19 dating a 16 year. 1st she acts like shes 12 and shes under 18 so my rule is under 18=12. so i really dont hang out with them. Marshall called but my cell didnt ring and i didnt ge the messege till saturday morning im soooo tired of my cell company.

i had my body fat compasition thing done on weds and im 20% fat i like to get that number down to 15% by april 22 and they way im goin it might happen
