whew, what a weekend.
Sunday night, I tabled for a bar show. it was like a benefit for the organization I work with, the Halifax Coalition Againist Poverty. I also was selling the patches and t-shirts, and propoganda, I was kind of pissed though, because I sat there the INTIER show. the other members were suppose to help out, but they didn't. after anna left, everyone else just got drunk and totally left their duties. two random drunk guys were more help then the actual hcap members, one guy marked hands, the other handed out flyers as people came in. but we did make 380$ so that was exciting, my friend who plays in the muesum pieces walked me home (because I had to carry all that money) and then some of the bands walked by as we were sitting outside and we ended up having a mini lawn party at 3am haha
It looks like I am going to preform at this years "taking back the night" march. I'm pretty excited. I'm going to be giving like a mini speach, then singing a song.
soooooo excited.
other than that, I bought some canvas, and I made a outfit for fall.
I bought a babies jumper mouse costume. and I cu tthe arms, legs and head off of it. so now I have a cute mouse hood, leg/arm warmers and a cute little vest. it's really awesome.
but anyways
I have got to go.

I forgot why I wrote that, but I think the moral of the story is that you should do what you can. Not everyone contributes in the same way, and most people are irresponsible. So be happy that you have what it takes to be different and make a difference. It's more than most people ever achieve.
