Had The Kills 'Keep on Your Mean Side in the car this morning, seen them
live in Glasgow last year at Oran Mor (very nice venue by the way).
Shit hot live, the singers, VV, is a bit of a fruitcake. All she did
between songs was pace around in circles like a demented caged animal.
New album was a little dissapointing, but 'Love Is A Deserter' is a
crackin tune.
On the subject of music (most of my posts will in some way involve what
I'm listening to...), I was looking at the http://www.clubnoir.co.uk.
I have been a couple of times and had a great time. The first time was
the Haloween club last year, but I have missed the last couple.
I think I'll get some tickets soon, no doubt my wife will want some new
latex..... It's running at a new outfit for every club noir we go to,
plus a couple of extras for good measure......
One of my faults with Club Noir is the music is just to 'Vegas', the do
play the odd bit of 'alternative' stuff but not enough. The musis
needs to be more sleazy if you ask me.....
If there is anyone that goes to Club Noir let me know what u think.....

Next Club Noir is 8th October - theme is Wicked women. Gimme some examples to go and kick said DJs arse with - i often have a problem with the music bein a bit cabaret - he's a good DJ generally (he does Violate too i think) and so hopefully should listen.
