That is a really cool looking bird. If he let you hold him he must have been a pet at some point. Did he have a metal band on one of his legs? I love birds and really want a Scarlet Macaw but do not have the $2,000 just for the bird. Then you have the cage, and etc. Plus if you take care of them they can out live you.
