Ok so when I was hired, despite my experience I was given an opening position. Since then I've been promoted twice.
But they're not real promotions, because even tho I do more and have more stress I'm still getting paid entry level.
I was originaly the mornings guy. I was promised Mon-Fri 1st shift. Those were mine. What I was hired for. I haven't worked a morning in 2 months. I've been working 3 hour tuesday afternoons and crap. But weekends? Open to close!!!
I also am a full timer. But last month or so I've had 20 hour work weeks!!!
And finally I've been promised a position and pay raise for 3 months. And have seen new hires with no experience get hired into the position promised me.
So last Tuesday I gave my 2 weeks. Fuck em. They've broken all of there promises to me. But today I come in to find my shifts mostly given away. And I snapped. They asked me to wash the outside windows. Go outside in the cold, and get windex on my bare hands and scrub. So when they come out with a chair and tell me to stand on it to reach the top ones. I snap.
I'm not doin it and if he doesn't like it he can come out here and blow me.
I got sent home. Not fired, sent home. I'm pretty sure i'm fired anyways. But I'll be damned if I let them fire me.
Sorry but I worked my ass off for them. I came in whenever asked. I went above and beyond. I got shit on.
Where's my payraise?
What payraise? By the way can you go an shovel snow. I know we have other guys who can do it, and I know it snowed yesterday but we couldnt ask anyone then to do it. Since you're the Guy Host you can do it.
So I'm unemployed. All I want is to do the job I'm hired to do and get payed for it.

yea man, sounds like good times to me...just gotta look up directions and what not...I only drove in boston once and that was after the red sox won the it all...but i really dont know my way around at all.
