Ok I'm wrting the following with a serious hope, no, DESIRE to have people read it and spread it around. I don't care if you agree or disagree with it. i don't care if it even applies to you. Send it to your friends, your exes ( cuz 'm sure you'll think it applies to at least one of them). I'm not kidding. Please do this. I think it needs to sink in to our generation. OK here goes.

It does nothing but cause a crapload of damage to not just one person but a boatload. If you are a guy, and you meet a girl. And you aren't interested? And you have the choice between giving a fake number or giving real one and never answering? GIVE THEM A FAKE NUMBER!!!!!
If you have a choice of breaking it off with a girl through her voicemail or simply never answering the phone when they call. VOICEMAIL!!!!!
Seriously, nothing does more damage to a person, than when they are hurt and don't know why they are being hurt.
Those guys who are perfect but then they turn out to be jealous or insecure. So you stop calling the back when thy leave messages? A girl like you made them that way. And because you can't get the courage or respect for another human being to end it, the next girl will have to deal with it too.
You sleep with girls and then stop calling them. And then bitch when a girl pulls that shit on you.

More likely than not, we ALL deserve the abuse we get. Including me. We did to someone the same crap that was done to us. And when we meet someone a little hesitant to being vunerable we toss the aside, rather than putting some work in to fix te person. Cuz they'll be worth the effort.
Think about the poor guy. You talked to him all night, said yes to possible date, gave him a real number, answered, plenty of evidence you like him. IT TEARS HIM APART to suddenly have you stop everything.
Everything was going so well, and then suddenly, nothing.
My poor buddy is dealing with that now. Poor guy is jaded like crazy. Not over a girl, but the dating experience. He looks at the idea of talking to a girl and having to go through all the crap of her more likely than not suddenly losing interest and not giving the respect to tell him why. He'd rather not anymore and avoids girls in "hook up places".
And for the record, he's a better guy than I am. So the girls honestly have no explanation other than that they can't be bothered with giving another human being eventhe littlest consideration.
And I'm not immune, I'm constanlty have to deal with girls ruined by crap like this. But I put an effort, I treat them like people. Even though it makes me miserable to deal with it. Even if it makes me look like a scumbag, I'll still deal with the person. Than just disappear.
Seriously, if we all tried to stop this, we'd after a few years start dealing with a LOT less scarred people.
So that's why I want you to spread the message. Seriously, if you can think of a better idea, please do. But this realtity check will at least get people to think about it.
Put it on your MySpace. Blog it. Please spread the message. Get people to do something other than what they are doing.

As much as it drives me crazy not knowing what the hell went wrong. I feel like anyone without the backbone to be straight about things is a total coward and not worth my time anyway.
