For those of you who have an iPhone/use iOS: if you are listening to music (any app) or watching youtube and a notification triggers, does the volume of what you are listening to lower? This is something that android does and has done for a very long time and it annoys the fuck out of me. I cannot stand it. The only time it doesn't happen is if I'm connected to android auto. The only workaround that I can find is to put my phone on vibrate then notifications only vibrate and the volume does not change. Just wondering if it is the same on Apple devices.

Same. I have notifications off for that reason & rage occasionally at the gps for breaking in at the best part of the song with a long notification 🤦♂️

Apparently it is called Audio Ducking and is also a feature on iOS too. Although from some searching and reading a few docs it seems that on Apple devices this can be disabled in settings, but for most Android devices no such luck.
