RMA'd two bad hard drives at the same time. The replacements were shipped out in two separate boxes at the same time with the same tracking number. One arrived week ago Friday. The other was MIA until Saturday when "a sorting exception occurred, ups has taken corrective action." Which sounds more to me like "we lost your package but recently found it." It'll be interesting to see if the drive is damaged or not. UPS is not known for careful handling...
