So it's been a week and a half since I quit my job at the computer repair shop. I've learned a few things working there and a few since I quit.
I hated the pay-based-on-shop-performance model. That was complete bullshit. It was a slap in the face some weeks! It forced us to suggest work that probably wasn't worth it for the customer just so we could make a certain minimum for the week.
It was also annoying when most customers tried to bring every single cable, carrying case, disc, etc. in with their computer. It seemed like nearly customer wanted things done for free, but I guess that's the case with just about any business.
So after being forced into a divorce as well as being fed up with certain parts of the job I quit. A week goes by and I receive an email from the owner flat out accusing me of stealing a whole bunch of random crap! From the list 90% of it really was crap. At first I was in shock and wrote a nice reply. A few days later now I'm angry that he would even accuse me! What a fucking douchebag!
Now I'm really glad I quit!
