Today turned out to be less productive that I thought.. I was running late this morning and had to haul ass to make it to class on time (just barely made it). I've been too warm since and no amount of water and fan has really helped. So I blame my inability to handle heat. lol

I was going to go to the gun range today, but this chair needed my ass to hold it down...

In my UNIX programming class we got our first programming assignment today. We are to write a mini-shell interpreter (like bash in Linux or cmd.exe in Windows - just much simpler). Not sure how much I'm going to like it, but it'll be different.

The house needs to be swept/vacuumed, but honestly all I feel like doing is melting into the couch and taking a nap.

I also found out that my cheap-ass bluetooth adapter (for my mouse) that I have in my laptop (usb) does not power off when the laptop is in sleep/standby. WTF, over! Works fine in Linux. In Windows there is NO option to allow Windows to change the power state of the device (damn generic microsoft drivers!) So I have to be careful not to leave it in sleep mode while on the battery too long.

I've been getting the itch (again) to get another tattoo. I think I want to go with something viking related. Maybe a longship? I haven't really come up with exactly what I want.. still in the idea stage.
