So I apparently pulled a muscle in my back last night while taking back some chairs that I borrowed for the 4th of July BBQ.
Basically I was loading chairs in the back of my pickup and overextended my reach. Nothing major. I didn't feel anything at the time, it was a few minutes later that I began to feel uncomfortable (but no pain).
I took the chairs back, unloaded them, and noticed that every time I picked something up it was VERY uncomfortable...
By the time I got home I could barely lift my arms without pain.
I went to bed with the heating pad on my back, but of course I woke up a few hours later with the pad on the floor, and I was on my side (I'm a side or stomach sleeper).
So for today I'm going to try and OD on ibuprofen and hope I can make it through both classes!
Oh and I think I'm supposed to work tonight...
