This morning I have been working on finishing up burning of a few ISOs that have been laying around for a few months. I burned 40 DVDs and 2 CDs. Only had one coaster. Not too shabby.
I have also been working on filling out financial aid petitions. I'm not really sure which ones I need, but I'm going with the "Satisfactory Progress" and "Maximum Timeframe" ones, as they seem most appropriate. I'm also trying to get an appointment with one of the financial aid counselors, but thus far the line(s) have been busy...
A magazine I subscribe to (hot rod) all of a sudden started sending me DVDs in the mail.. God I hate that shit! If I wanted to buy a DVD, I'll let you know. Otherwise don't fucking send that shit. It's a PITA to keep track of it and send back. I hold them for a few months, wait until they send me nasty letters about being late, then send the shit back. I do that with calendars too. They can kiss my ass and I don't care if it gets turned over to a collection agency for $30 fucking dollars. If I want your shitty products, I'll let you know, until then fuck off!
I'm considering the possibility of getting an "alternative" financial aid loan for the summer if I can't get these petitions processed for summer (which starts next week). Anyone have any experience with non-FAFSA loans?
