Signed the lease for the new house (rental) for next month and wrote a check for the deposit. I hope my check clears since I had to make a depsoit the same day.. 
I hate floating shit like that but didn't have much choice.
I don't want to move but I hate this apartment complex (or at least the people in it). On the plus side the new place is walking distance to my university and is surrounded by trees on a small hill so it's pretty secluded. I wont need to buy $80/quarter parking permits anymore!
So far so good on the "new" used wireless router. It even seems to have better range than the old one did as I can sit on the couch in the living room (50 feet or so) and still have 80% signal strength compared to 60 - 70% on the old one.
