So that hard drive I was trying to recover data from finally bit the dust. I only got 13GB of data off of it before it died and unfortunately all of it is useless. I might try sticking it in the freezer overnight and trying it again tomorrow but chances are it's toast.
So I found out today that two out of the four of us in my group in my history class will not be here the day of our presentation (Friday) so that means me and the other person have to do the work of four people... oh well I'm sure I can yak long enough to fill in if we are lacking on time.
In my CS programming class we got our next assignment: implement a Fibonacci sequence that is reasonably efficient (whatever that means). I'm thinking I'll write something really simple/generic then refine the algorithm after I get it working rather than my make-it-overly-complex-from-the-start (TM) method that I usually employ.
