So on Tuesday my boyfriend and I made a trip to the Gold Coast to see a man about having my tongue split!
When I finnaly arrived after the 3 hour trip, I was still deadset nervous! But upon meeting Efix Roy and having him talk me through the procedure and advice made me feel more at ease and it was time for surgery...surgery [hehe I think of Repo everytime that word comes up].
So I sat on the table, swished some mouth rinse around and after spitting it out, Efix marked my tongue up and removed my two existing tonge bars.
I was so happy to have had my tongue numbed for the procedure, not only because I wouldn't feel it but because numbing helps to prevent magyor blood loss.
After a few slices and dices, I had two beautiful tongues! He sutured my tongues, cleaned my mouth and let me take a look and I was in love!
My two tongues are the best modification decision I have ever made!
I had a great first nights sleep an awesome second day with minimal pain and no blood, but today, the third day was a bit tough, I was in intense pain and totally lost my appetite...but tonight after fprcing myself to make and eat a soy milk berry smoothie and a smooth soup I feel a little better!
