Yet another fucking awesome trip I put together. I had the best time. I did get massively hassled going though Montreal on my way to Vancouver. The customs and immigration people were openly hostile towards Americans. Hey is my fuckin name Bush or something? I didn't vote for the prick. Anyway after almost making me miss my connecting flight all was well. I didn't really have any other negative experiences. The people in Vancouver and Whistler couldn't be nicer. I was surprised by the number of Europeans and Australians in Whistler. After gasping at the size of the mountains, the first thing we did was pick up some BC Bud. When I tell you it's the best in the world I mean it. I've been a daily smoker for like 15 years or so and have traveled and sampled quite extensively and nothing compares. Man 6 awesome days on the most incredible slops had my legs about broken from abuse. The Jacuzzi no longer could heal. Thats OK. I got over it in the party blur that was the Bay Area. Melanie showed me a great time. Thanks babe. Bars, clubs, wineries, restaurants, house parties, after hours clubs, hanging around Haight Street. What a fucking great place. People out there have fun first then fit in the money making. Totally opposite of the east coast. It would be too much for me to live there I think. I'd never get anything productive accomplished. There is just too much fun to be had. I did get stuck in Oakland for an extra night because of the massive storm in the Midwest but the airline put me up in a King suite and I had off the next day anyway.
